Troubleshooting Newsletter Scheduling Issues
- Check the newsletter details:
- Domain and "Sent From" email should match, newsletter won't send
- If either shows "undefined", newsletter won't send
- Fix domain and sender info:
- Go to Tune tab > Schedule
- Update "Sent From" email if incorrect
- Toggle correct domain under "Domain Management"
- Verify DNS records:
- Under selected domain, all 5 DNS records should show validated
- If any show as unvalidated, record may be missing from domain registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc)
- Re-add any missing records
- Update sender info:
- Change "Sent From" name/email in Tune tab if needed
- To change domain, contact support at success@daily.ai
- Unlock and re-lock newsletter:
- Go to Publish, click "Unlock"
- Return to Schedule and re-lock
- This refreshes the domain and sender details
- Try scheduling again
- Domain and "Sent From" fields should now populate correctly
