Troubleshooting Newsletter Scheduling Issues

  1. Check the newsletter details:
    • Domain and "Sent From" email should match, newsletter won't send
    • If either shows "undefined", newsletter won't send
  2. Fix domain and sender info:
    • Go to Tune tab > Schedule
    • Update "Sent From" email if incorrect
    • Toggle correct domain under "Domain Management"
  3. Verify DNS records:
    • Under selected domain, all 5 DNS records should show validated
    • If any show as unvalidated, record may be missing from domain registrar (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc)
    • Re-add any missing records
  4. Update sender info:
    • Change "Sent From" name/email in Tune tab if needed
    • To change domain, contact support at success@daily.ai
  5. Unlock and re-lock newsletter:
    • Go to Publish, click "Unlock"
    • Return to Schedule and re-lock
    • This refreshes the domain and sender details
  6. Try scheduling again
    • Domain and "Sent From" fields should now populate correctly
