How Do I Use the One-Click Opt-In Feature in Daily.ai?

The One-Click Opt-In feature in Daily.ai helps you re-engage cold or inactive subscribers or build an email list from scratch. This tool generates an opt-in email template designed to prompt recipients to confirm their subscription with a single click. Subscribers who click the opt-in link will be added to your Daily.ai account.

Why Doesn’t Daily.ai Send the Opt-In Email?

Daily.ai does not send the opt-in email for the following reasons:

• List Hygiene Cannot Be Verified: We cannot guarantee the quality or validity of your email list.
• Reputation Protection: Sending emails to unverified lists could compromise our sender reputation and our relationship with email providers, which is critical for ensuring reliable email delivery.

How to Use the One-Click Opt-In Feature

1. Navigate to the One-Click Opt-In Section

   • Log in to your Daily.ai account via magic link.
   • From the left-hand menu, click on Convert to expand the options.
   • Select One-Click Opt-In from the dropdown menu.

2. Generate an Opt-In Email Template

   • In your Daily.ai dashboard, navigate to the One-Click Opt-In section.
   • Select your CRM and click Generate Template to create the email.

3. Customize the Email Template

   • Review and edit the template to align with your branding and tone.
   • Ensure the email includes a clear call-to-action prompting recipients to confirm their subscription.

4. Send the Email Through Your CRM

   • Copy or download the customized email template.
   • Use your CRM to send the email to your target audience.
   • One click opt-ins require the recipient email to be passed into the URL.

5. Monitor Opt-Ins

   • Recipients who click the opt-in link will automatically be added to your Daily.ai account.
