Customization

The Convert Tab in Daily.ai offers tools to engage your subscribers and increase conversions. It consists of three main sections:

1. Convert (which includes Custom Cards, One-Click Opt-In, and Book A Call Funnel)
2. Subscriber Page
3. Archive

Each section has unique features to enhance the subscriber experience and improve newsletter effectiveness.

Convert

The Convert section allows you to add interactive content to your newsletters, such as calls-to-action and scheduling options for direct engagement. This section includes Custom Cards, One-Click Opt-In, and Book A Call Funnel.

Custom Cards

Use Custom Cards to insert targeted content within your newsletter, such as promotional messages, event announcements, or calls-to-action (CTAs).

• Add a New Card: Click Add a new cardto start creating a custom message.
  • Title and Content: Enter a name for your card and add the main message.
  • Images and Buttons: Upload a header image or use the AI image generator to create a visual element. Add a call-to-action button with a link for easy engagement.
  • Activation: Toggle Activate to include the card in future newsletters. If multiple cards are active, Daily.ai will automatically rotate them across newsletter editions.
• Duplicate or Edit: For existing cards, you can duplicate them to make variations or edit details directly.

One-Click Opt-In

The One-Click Opt-In feature helps you re-engage cold or inactive subscribers with a single-click email, prompting them to opt back in.

• Generate Opt-In Email: Choose your CRM and generate an email template designed to re-engage inactive subscribers.
• Personalize: Edit the template copy to better align with your brand messaging.
• Send via CRM: Use your CRM to send the email and optimize your active list by prompting subscribers to confirm their engagement.

Book A Call Funnel

The Book A Call Funnel enables direct scheduling, allowing subscribers to book time with you or your team.

• Add Scheduling Link: Integrate your calendar scheduling tool (e.g., HubSpot, Calendly) by entering the booking link.
• Customize Funnel Page: Add a subheader, description, and thank-you page content to personalize the booking experience.
• Activate in Custom Cards: Link this funnel to a Custom Card in your newsletter, making it easy for leads to book a call.

Subscriber Page

The Subscriber Page section allows you to create and manage a custom subscription experience, from domain setup to personalization and referral options.

Domain Setup

• Create a Custom Subscriber Page: Set up a subdomain (e.g., subscribe.yourdomain.com) to host your subscriber page.
  • Subdomain Input: Enter your desired subdomain and click Create Page.
  • SSL Setup: Click Update Cloudfront SSL to secure your subdomain.

Settings

Configure general settings for your subscriber page.

• "Powered by Daily.ai" Toggle: Enable or disable the "Powered by Daily.ai" badge on your subscribe page.
• Scripts:
  • Header Script: Insert code for any tracking or custom scripts in the page header.
  • Footer Script: Add custom code for the page footer.
• Subscriber Funnel Favicon: Upload a favicon (280x280px) for branding in the browser tab.
• Preview Image: Upload a preview image (1200x630px) for link sharing on social media.

Home Page

Set up the main subscription page content to encourage sign-ups.

• Header and Description: Enter a clear, compelling header and description that outlines your newsletter’s value.
• Subscribe Button Title: Customize the CTA button text (e.g., “Join for Free”).
• Mobile Preview Image: Upload a mobile-friendly preview image (640x640px).
• Additional Content: Add subheadings, descriptions, and background images to enhance the page.

Preferences Page

Allow subscribers to adjust their email preferences.

• Header and Title: Set a header and title for the preferences page.
• Description: Provide guidance on managing subscription preferences, such as frequency or content categories.

Share Friend Page

Encourage subscribers to refer friends to your newsletter.

• Enable Share Friend Page: Toggle this option to activate the referral feature.
• Header and Title: Enter a headline encouraging subscribers to share.
• Description: Add context about the benefits of sharing your newsletter.
• Referral CTA: Customize the call-to-action for referrals, such as “Tell a Friend.”
• Bonus Email: Set up a reward email for subscribers who refer others. Customize the subject line, email content, and add a referral image.

Thank You Page

The Thank You Page is shown after a successful subscription.

• Header and Title: Set a thank-you message.
• Downloadable Content: Offer a downloadable file as a thank-you gift, or link to a bonus page.
  • Upload File or URL: Provide a direct download or link to additional resources.
• Social Links: Include buttons for new subscribers to connect with you on social media.

Archive

The Archive section allows you to organize and display past newsletter editions, providing easy access for subscribers.

• Pin Editions: Highlight specific editions by pinning them to the top of the archive.
• Sorting Options: Sort archived editions based on performance metrics such as click rate or open rate.
• About Page: Customize the About section to explain your newsletter’s purpose and history, helping new visitors understand what your content offers.
