The Tune Tab helps you adjust various elements of your newsletter to align with your brand and audience preferences. This guide walks through each section in the Tune Tab.
Settings
- Title: Name your newsletter. Use the title generator tool to explore name ideas.
- Description: Write a short description of your newsletter’s purpose. This description will appear on the masthead in each edition.
Design
- Branding: Customize the header with your newsletter name or upload a header image. Alternatively, use the AI image generator for a custom look.
- Color Theme: Choose a color scheme that aligns with your brand.
- Footer: Add company details, such as:
- Company Name and Website
- Address (for GDPR compliance)
- Social Media Links (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Additional options:
- Display “Powered by Daily.ai” badge
- Include registration or referral links
- Upload your company logo
Schedule
- Send Time and Audience: Set the newsletter frequency (daily, weekly, or manual) and the delivery time (e.g., 8–10 AM).
- Subscriber Groups: Select audience groups for each send. Groups are managed in the Audience Tab.
- Sender and Domain:
- From Name and From Email Address: Specify the sender details for your newsletter.
- Domain Verification: Add DNS records to your hosting provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare) to verify your sending domain for reliable delivery.
Train
- Generate Tone: Provide a sample of your writing to analyze and adjust the newsletter’s tone.
- Custom Writing Instructions: Set specific tone and style guidelines that align with your audience.
Admin
- Manage Access: Invite team members by adding their email addresses. They’ll receive a link to log in and help manage the newsletter.
Personal Settings
- Display Preferences: Choose a light or dark theme for the dashboard.
